 DISS parabolic trough solar thermal energy collectors  Looking west from the edge of the site  The 34 acre "NW lagoon" study area
(shaded in on the railyards map) was deemed too toxic to clean up in
1995 and the remediation plan agreed to with UPRR was to "cap" this
area and place a deed restriction on it allowing industrial use only.
The water treatment plant is directly to the North, the freeway to the
West.
